Interpol Issues Arrest Warrant For LIBRA Mastermind

The LIBRA scandal has intensified as Argentine lawyer Gregorio Dalbón requested an Interpol Red Notice for Hayden Davis, the alleged central figure behind the token’s collapse.

The petition, filed with prosecutor Eduardo Taiano and Judge María Servini, claims Davis is a flight risk due to his financial resources and foreign residency. Nansen reports that insiders like Davis profited while ordinary investors suffered significant losses.

Not only did Davis admit to using market manipulation tactics to prevent an immediate crash, but he also suggested that President Javier Milei was also in on it and that he should be punished as well, but his strategy failed.

A Stain On Argentina

The team behind LIBRA is also linked to other questionable crypto ventures, including MELANIA, and has been in talks to launch a similar token in Nigeria. Authorities in Argentina have frozen millions of dollars in crypto assets tied to the scheme.

If approved, the Red Notice would flag Davis internationally, though it doesn’t guarantee immediate arrest. As the situation unfolds, LIBRA’s decline casts a shadow over Argentina’s political and financial landscape.
